The Grey Federation launches in Sin É
Be there to support the new collective this September.

September 11 sees the launch in Sin É, Ormond Quay, Dublin of The Grey Federation, a “collective of bands, promoters, venues, artists, photographers, CD stores, music shops, recording studios, sound engineers, DJs, journalists and others dedicated to promoting and enhancing the underground music scene in Ireland.”
The driving force behind the project is Helgard de Barros, a South African who’s spent 30 years back home running a record label, promoting gigs, managing bands, working on the radio and generally making things happen. He’s currently looking after Irish rockers Shoctopus and can be contacted at helgarddebarros@hotmail.com.
