The Grey Federation launched in Sin É recently aiming to provide services and facilities to unsigned bands in Ireland to promote, market and sell their music.
Head honcho Helgard DeBarros (who has over 30 years experience in the industry) presented his masterplan to the assembled throng of musicians and industry people at the event. The key elements of the strategy involve the establishment of a tour circuit, a distribution and promotions network and information resource.
The Grey Federation is intended to be a non-profit group and also a think-tank and networking entity.
