The Field and Shit Robot for Button Factory
It's a live double-header for the May bank-holiday weekend...
Swedish techno genius and master of the loop The Field will line up alongside Irishman Marcus Lamkin aka Shit Robot for a double headliner at The Button Factory, Dublin on Sunday, May 5.
Tickets for what looks like one of the musical highlights on a busy holiday weekend in Dublin go on sale tomorrow, Wednesday, March 20 at 9am, priced at €22.50.
Swedish born Axel Willner has been recording music under The Field moniker since 2003 with his first full-length From Here We Go Sublime in 2007 and 2011s
Looping State of Mind earning him global recognition both within the techno genre and beyond.
Ireland's Shit Robot followed up a series of hugely successful EP's for James Murphy's DFA Records with his debut full-length From the Cradle to the Rave in September 2010 that featured contributions from Alexis Taylor of Hot Chip, and James Murphy amongst others.
It's set to be another night to remember at The Button'er in 2013.
