The Chapters are set to tour with stable mates The Coronas for twelve dates around Ireland before taking on their own six date tour culminating with a headline show at Dublin’s The Academy on November 20.
Following a busy 9 months with the band selling out shows at The Academy and Whelan’s as well as a slot on the Hot Press New Bands stage at Oxegen The Chapters are a band with their star on the rise.
The Dublin based band quickly built up a large live following off the back of tracks like Heart of Glass and The Four Thorns EP and support slots with legends like Neil Young and Chuck Berry.
The band released their critically acclaimed debut album Perfect Stranger through an independent Irish label 3ú. The album provided radio hit 'Videotapes' as a debut single which battled it out with none other than Bruce Springsteen on the itunes Rock Charts in week of release. The mid Summer release 'Trying to get Ahead' coincided with The Chapters busy summer festival tour taking in INDIEPENDENCE, Castlepalooza & Oxegen.
