Swift's Reputation takes her to the top of the charts this week
Taylor Swift replaces Motion Picture Cast Recording for the top spot on the Irish album charts this week. Swift’s Reputation was likely bolstered by impressive turnouts at her Croke Park gigs.
Following his murder on Monday evening, rapper XXXTentacion’s album Question Mark broke the top 10 at No. 5, with two other albums debuting in the top thirty. Additionally, 5 Seconds of Summer’s Youngblood nearly topped the charts at No. 3, while Jay Z and Beyoncé’s joint album Everything is Love fell short of the top five ranking at No. 10.
New names to the top thirty include Johnny Marr’s Call the Comet, Nas’ new album Nasir and Christina Aguilera’s Liberation.
