Supergrass for intimate Academy date

The Britpop survivors have enjoyed more-than-solid reviews for this year’s Diamond Hoo Ha album, and the latest series of gigs marks a return to headline status following recent support slots with Coldplay and the Arctic Monkeys.

Also appearing on the Cois Fharriage bill will be Travis, The Zutons, The Futureheads, Seasick Steve and The Coronas. The Co. Clare festival kicks off on September 5.

Tickets for the Supergrass Academy show go on sale this Wednesday June 16, priced €26.
