Say howdy...
Legendary country diva Dolly Parton comes to Dublin in advance of her Irish shows for a special one-off record signing in HMV Grafton Street
Country music legend Dolly Parton heads to Ireland early next month for a Dolly-fan meet 'n' greet in Dublin.
Fans of Dolly's newie, the very wonderful, and wonderfully-titled, Halos And Horns, can git along to HMV's Grafton Street branch on Friday, October 4 between 12.30 and 1.30, to meet the great lady and get their albums, guitars, cowboy hats and/or body parts signed.
The Dolly Parton record-signing is part of the relaunch celebration for HMV Grafton Street's Specialities floor - the area of their flagship shop devoted to country, jazz, blues, folk and classical records (among other, er, specialities).
Given that Ms Parton's popularity is such that her November 23rd (Belfast Waterfront Hall) and 29th (Dublin Point) dates sold out in record time, signable-object-clutching Dolly-lovers are advised to begin queuing nice an' early.
