Ryan Sheridan headlines Social Sounds

Hothouse Flowers and Ryan O'Shaugnessy also play the two day festival

The Hot Press Newsdesk, 09 Aug 2012

The Heineken Social Sounds Music Festival gets under way in Cotton Court, Belfast on Sunday August 26.

Hothouse Flowers will headline the first night with support from acclaimed Northern Irish singer songwriter Gareth Dunlop. On the Sunday night the man that is soundtracking the Heineken tv ads at the moment, Ryan Sheridan, tops the bill.

The Social Sounds festival, which takes place in the cathedral quarter of the city, also presents a set from Ryan O'Shaugnessy who shot to fame following an appearance on Britain's Got Talent earlier in the year. He releases his debut album on August 13.

Tickets for each gig start at £22.50 and are available on Ticketmaster.
