Rob Smith To Play Stone Roses tribute
Which dig up ‘Fool’s Gold’ In Dalymount Park
Dublin indie musician Rob Smith and Scottish troubadour Alan Marshall will be joining forces to pay tribute to The Stone Roses with a special unplugged performance of the band's back-catalogue.
The gig, titled The Stone Roses Unplugged - a tribute, will take place in Dalymount Park on Friday March 21
Smith (resident of Hot Press' football blog and acclaimed musician) has long been playing some of the Mancunian four-piece's hits in his own live sets while Scotsman Alan Marshall spent a decade singing the hits in the role of Ian Brown for acclaimed (but sadly now defunct) tribute band The Stone Roses Experience.
