Pulp reform
Jarvis Cocker and co will play in 2011
The Britpop reformations just keep coming. Next year: Menswear. Well... hopefully not. The good news today is that everyone's favourite Common People have just announced that they're reuniting for a series of festival shows next year. Having gone on hiatus in 2002, all the original members of Pulp are onboard - Jarvis Cocker, of course, Nick Banks, Candida Doyle, Russell Senior and Steve Mackey - for the first time since 1996.
They are so far confirmed for Primavera in Barcelona on May 27 and the Wireless Festival in Hyde Park, London on July 3. No Irish dates as yet, but if there is any news forthcoming on that front, Hot Press will be on hand to let you know.
