Whelan’s will host the 20th Anniversary show of Immigrants, Emigrants and Me on Friday March 12th
Indie-rock band Power of Dreams formed in Dublin in 1986, and their debut - Immigrants, Emigrants and Me - received glowing reviews worldwide. The band subsequently embarked on a global tour to showcase the album.
2010 marks the 20th anniversary of the release of the album, and to mark the occasion, the band has decided to reform for a series of live shows. Whelan's will host the anniversary show on Friday March 12th.
A 2CD limited edition of the album, containing all 14 original tracks plus the debut A Little Piece of God EP and various B-sides, will be released on 1st March 2010.
