People are making their anger felt about the DUP's desire to add anti-gay clause to equality laws that would allow businesses to refuse service to lesbian, gay, and bi people.
Today is the last day you can make your voice heard against a proposed anti-gay law in Northern Ireland. The proposed anti-gay amendment would make it legal to deny service to lesbian, gay, and bi people. Restaurants, hotels, and many other businesses could refuse to serve people just because of who they love.
The DUP has asked for feedback on their anti-gay amendment by February 27. A huge global outcry will show that refusing service to gay people isn’t OK. Not in Northern Ireland, not anywhere. There are only a few hours to go before the end of the public consultation. Throw it out and send a strong message that Northern Ireland stands for equality. Click HERE NOW and sign the petition.
