Paddy Glasgow wins UK Promoter of the Year
It’s a thundering “Well done!” to Paddy Glasgow who won ‘Promoter of the Year’ at the UK Festival Awards, which took place last night in the London Chalk Farm Roundhouse.
A remarkable achievement given that the Glasgowbury boss was up against such industry heavyweights as AEG Live, Creamfields, the Isle of Wight festival team and Bestival head honcho Rob Da Bank.
Although Paddy has decided to park his annual “small but MASSIVE” two-day festival, the Glasgowbury organisation has taken up residence at The Cornstore Creative Hub in Draperstown where it’s planning to run a series of creative workshops and plot more musical events. See their website for full details.
