Coughlan's Live Music Festival takes over Cork City centre next week for five days of superb entertainment (Thursday 26 - Monday 30 September).
Though the main events - Lisa Hannigan, Wallis Bird, Cathy Davey and Mick Flannery - are completely sold out, non-ticket holders can enjoy a packed schedule of free live music in the intimate environs of Coughlan's Bar from O Emperor, Fred, The Hard Ground and much more.
The festival kicks off on Thursday evening with The Hard Ground taking to the stage at 8pm ahead of their November UK tour. They're followed by hometown favourites John Blek & The Rats, due onstage at 10pm.
Waterford's O Emperor take closing honours on Friday evening with an 11pm kick-off while Saturday sees another late show from the always game Fred, who wrap up the evening's performances at 11pm after sets from Lisa Hannigan and Cathy Davey.
