Forty-six concert goers left the country singer's Massachusetts show with alcohol-related ailments.
According to a report by Reuters, 46 fans were hospitalised at a Massachusetts show by Keith Urban gig, Saturday night, with 22 needing transportation from the Australian country singer and American Idol judge's gig at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield.
Manfield's police and fire departments said that authorities were forced to call in ambulances from five nearby communities to deal with the medical needs, with alcohol being blamed for more than 50 people being taken into protective custody by police. Seemingly oblivious to the incidents at the concert, Urban sent out a video message via his Twitter after the show.
"What a great night tonight. It was killer. Gosh, up on the lawn tonight, that was nutso. It was so cool. Anyway, if you came tonight, thank you very much for giving us all the love and energy. Boston Strong, I love you. Night-night."
