The Hot Press Newsdesk, 13 Apr 2012

Singer-songwriter and current HP interviewee Mick Flannery has held onto the top spot in the Irish album chart for the second week running.

Red To Blue is the Cork native's third studio album, following on from his hugely successful 2008 offering White Lies.

Trinidadian-born (and Olympia-bound) US rapper Nicki Minaj climbs to No. 2 with Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, while UK soul singer Adele is this week's No. 3 with sophomore album 21.

Moshi Monsters is at No. 4 with Music Rox!, while French DJ David Guetta's Nothing But The Beat completes the top five.

There are new entries this week from Florence + The Machine, whose MTV Unplugged is straight in at No. 15, and Counting Crows, whose latest offering Underwater Sunshine enters the chart at No. 46.
