McAlmont & Butler back together for Dublin date
After 13 years apart, McAlmont & Butler are hitting the road in support of a deluxe reissue of their 1995 debut album, The Sound Of... McAlmont & Butler.
Dates include a November 1 stop-off in Vicar St., Dublin where tickets priced €30 go on sale on Friday March 6.
A safe sanctuary for Bernard Butler after leaving Suede during the recording of Dog Man Star, his new partner was and still is blessed with a remarkable three octave range and ability to conjure up memories of classic Motown, Philly and Stax acts.
Reconvening last year for two cerebral palsy fundraising shows, the duo found the old chemistry is still there and decided to give it another whirl. We're delighted they have.
