Mary Black confirms Dublin date

The Irish songstress will play the Olympia Theatre on June 16

Mary Black will be revisiting Dublin's Olympia Theatre on June 16, a year after her triumphant return to the stage resulted in three sold-out shows at the venue last summer.

For the past twenty-five years, Black has been one of Irish traditional music's pre-eminent singers and performers, releasing eleven platinum albums and sharing the stage with some of music's great luminaries.

Black's 2008 25-year anniversary greatest hits album, 25 Years/25 Songs, debuted at number one and spent seven months on the Irish Top 40 charts.

Tickets for the Olympia show go on sale this Friday, November 5 at 9am. Tickets are €23.
