They play as part of the store's Tower Live Summer Sessions.
Praise be! Some decent weather has rolled around and Tower Records are celebrating the start of the sunny season (yes, it's tempting fate) with a host of Tower Live Summer Sessions.
On Friday, Little Green Cars will perform at the Wicklow Street store from 6pm. They will also be doing a signing to celebrate the launch of their debut album Absolute Zero. Pick up a copy of the new Hot Press (National cover) from tomorrow for an in-depth interview with the promising Dublin act.
Here's what we can look forward to for the rest of May:
May 11/1pm – The Dudley Corporation – launching their new LP Everyone Does Everything Wrong
May 18/1pm – Fallen Rule – celebrating the release of their debut record No Way To Know Why
May 24/1pm – Ben Reel – in support of his new album Darkness & The Light
May 29/1pm – Public Service Broadcasting – promoting their debut album Inform – Educate – Entertain
May 29/2pm – John Smith – in town to support Iron and Wine in The Olympia
May 30/7pm Nanu Nanu – launching their debut album Unit 1 (at Madison, not Wicklow Street)

BellX1, Parlour Flames, O Emperor and Tieranniesaur are all scheduled to appear over the rest of the summer.
This weekend is also 'Frends Weekend' as Tower mark the launch of headphone brand Frends in Ireland (exclusive to Tower) at Tower Records. May 17 will mark the release of Random Access Memories with Daft Punk Madness, and a live Phantom broadcast.
