Berlin-based New Yorkers The Liars do some more travelling when they head Ireland’s way for a tour in November.
The dates are:
Tuesday 22 November - The Bunker at Laverys, Belfast
Wednesday 23 November - The Green Room, Limerick
Thursday 24 November - Roisin Dubh, Galway
Friday 25 November - Club One, Cork
Saturday 26 November - Whelan's, Dublin
The tour coincides with the release of their new single ‘It Fit When I Was A Kid’, which is from their forthcoming third album Drum’s Not Dead.
In a unique take on the issue of CD packaging, the 7” picture disc will feature an uncensored version of their sleeve, printed on edible paper – presumably for the hunger pangs that music often incites.
The single is out on November 18, while the new album will hit the shops early in 2006.
