LISTEN: Pet Shop Boys ready summer release
Check out their forthcoming album's lead single now.
"Banging" is the word Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe have used to describe new record Electric. Their 12th studio album, it follows hot on the heels of '12's Elysium and sees them ending their 28-year relationship with Parlophone Records. Kobalt Label Services will handle this July 15 release.
Example pops up 'Thursday', while the Stuart Price-produced record also includes a cover of Springsteen's 'Last To Die', from Magic.

"'Electric' is very much set on the dancefloor. Our latest album often evolves as a response to our previous album and, whereas 'Elysium' had a reflective mood, 'Electric' is pretty banging!"
