LISTEN: A trio of new albums

Fancy hearing Laura Marling, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah and The Horrible Crowes in full?

The Hot Press Newsdesk, 06 Sep 2011

Of course you do.

First up, we have Laura Marling's A Creature I Don't Know.

Marling's third album, it hits Irish shelves on Friday September 9. If you can't wait that long and crave a first spin right now, don't panic. A NY Times stream can be found by simply clicking here.

Elsewhere, we have the long-awaited third LP from Clap Your Hands Say Yeah. The New Yorkers were critical darlings and posited as the future of indie when they released their debut back in 2005. Now, after an underwhelming second album and long hiatus, they're back with Hysterical, out September 20. You can hear it here.

Lastly, there's The Horrible Crowes. Featuring The Gaslight Anthem's Brian Fallon, their debut album Elsie is out today. Rolling Stone have the stream here.

And make sure you pick up the new issue of Hot Press, on sale September 8, for an interview with Brian Fallon in which he talks about his new side-project (and taking out Russell Crowe).
