Mark Prendergast has tweeted about being approached by "two chancers".
With Kodaline currently in Chicago, Illinois, where they'll play the Lollapalooza festival on August 1, guitarist Mark Prendergast has taken to Twitter to let fans know what they've been up to. Namely, being approached by con artists trying to sell them tickets to their own gigs.
Two hapless men approached Prendergast and singer Stephen Garrigan, clearly recognising neither of them, and attempted to sell them tickets to a non-existent Kodaline show:
2 Chancers on the street tried to charge me and @SteveKodaline €5 into a Kodaline gig yesterday that wasn't even happening..
Seriously?

Well, at least the price would have been a bargain – if the gig wasn't entirely fictional. After a summer of festival shows, the Dublin quartet embark on full, real US tour in the autumn.
