Wednesday October 1 finds well-regarded minimalist artist Jozef van Wissem gracing the Whelan's stage. His Dublin date is a special one, as van Wissem will be performing music from his soundtrack to Jim Jarmusch's Only Lovers Left Alive. Van Wissem scooped the prestigious Cannes Soundtrack Award for the same work at the Cannes Film Festival last year.
Not only that, he will also be giving a Q&A on film soundtrack composition on the night.
