Josh Ritter & Mike Scott for Dublin Writers Fest

The annual Dublin Writers Festival is set to take place around the city from June 4 - 10.

A number of exciting literary events are lined up - with Richard Boyd Barrett, Eileen Battersby, Greg Baxter and Richard Dawkins all set to take part.

There are also a number of musicians lined up for the festival; US singer-songwriter Josh Ritter will chat to Sinéad Gleeson about his forthcoming debut novel Bright’s Passage, while The Waterboys' Mike Scott and The Pogues’ James Fearnley will both read from their respective memoirs; The Adventures Of A Waterboy, and Here Comes Everybody.
