Irish Debut from Lianne La Havas
The emerging singer/songwriter will play her first headline slot on March 10 next year.
If you ever needed a stamp of approval to kick-start your career, Bon Iver wouldn’t be bad place for a new artist to start this year. Lucky London musician Lianne La Havas is currently supporting the boys on the North American leg of their tour – something she seems a little excited about, if her facebook page is anything to go by.
Next year will see her reach Irish shores for the first time in her debut headliner at the Sugar Club, Dublin on March 10. Her debut album has also been scheduled for release in early 2012.
The young songwriter has made her EP Live in L.A. available as a free download, so if you want to get a taste of her laid-back soul vocals, just click here - or listen to her new duet with Willy Nelson below.
Tickets for her show went on sale last Friday and are €13 including booking fee from [link]www.ticketmaster.ie[/link]
