Irish Dance Music Award winners announced
The weekend's award ceremony saw the great and the good from the world of Irish dance music descend on Dublin's Academy venue.

The Irish Dance Music Awards were held on Sunday night in the Academy. The results were decided by a public vote on the website of the event organisers Slick DJ Magazine, and winners included Electric Picnic, the Pod complex and Irish dance collective Bodytonic [pictured].
The final results were as follows:
Best Club (Over 600): Tripod
Best Club (Under 600): The Pod
Best Club Night / Promoter: Bodytonic
Best Small Club Night / Promoter: Re:Publik
Best Live Act: Japanese Popstars
Best New Artist: Timmy & Tommy
Best Producer: John O'Callaghan
Best DJ: John O'Callaghan
Best Radio Show: John Gibbons
Best Label: D1 Records
Best Resident: Tony Watters
Best One Off Event: Electric Picnic
Best Single: Chymera – 'Wish'
Best Album: Corrugated Tunnel –We Are Electronix
