David Guetta has approached acoustic Irish duo Heathers for an upcoming album
DJ David Guetta has set his sights on acoustic Irish pop duo Heathers and twin sisters Louise and Ellie McNamara - best known for their hit 'Remember When' from the Discover Ireland ads - can't believe their luck.
22 year-old Louise explained she got a text from her manager asking if she wanted to write a song for David Guetta and she thought he was joking.
“But it turns out that one of his A&R team had seen our video for our new single 'Forget Me Knots' and they really liked it, and asked if we would consider writing a song for it. Apparently his new album has a more indie feel.”
The team-up could lead to worldwide exposure for Heathers. French artist Guetta has worked with some of the biggest names in pop and played a sold-out concert at Dublin's Marlay Park at the weekend to 22,000 people.

The duo have yet to submit their track to Guetta as they are busy promoting their second album, Kingdom, released on September 7th.
