Gorillaz stream Damascus gig audio
Hopefully this will keep you going until they play their rescheduled O2 date in November.
Gorillaz are streaming the audio from their recent gig in the Syrian capital Damascus at [link]www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=128846005[/link]. Along with now permanent touring members Paul Simonon and Mick Jones, they were joined on stage by the Syrian National Orchestra, Bobby Womack, De La Soul, Shaun Ryder, Pharcyde’s Bootie Brown, Bashy, Kano and local rapper Eslam Jawaad. You’ll be able to experience their multimedia extravaganza for yourself on November 11 when the chaps pay a rescheduled visit to the Dublin O2.
