Get set for Sea Sessions
The Bundoran-based event follows on from a cracking weekend in Westport and Westmeath.
Hot on the heels of the excellent Westport and Body & Soul festivals – see the new issue of Hot Press, out Thursday, for Maeve Heslin’s ringside report on the latter – this weekend finds the al fresco musical action switching to Bundoran where Sea Sessions is welcoming the likes of Kaiser Chiefs, The Coronas, Rev Run, Happy Mondays, The Minutes, Kenny Dope, Fujiya & Miyagi, Beardyman and The Riptide Movement.
Saturday is now officially sold-out, with a limited number of Weekend, Friday and Sunday tickets still available from www.seasessions.com.
You might find yourself rubbing shoulders with Michael D. Higgins who’ll be gracing the three-dayer with his Presidential presence.
Here are links to some handy dandy Bundoran and Sea Sessions maps, which underline the treats that await!
