Former Ladytron man announces solo show
Pop Levi, erstwhile bassist for electropop outfit, is to play his debut in Ireland.
The Liverpudlian will play Crawdaddy, Dublin on St Valentine's Day itself, February 14. The date's part of European tour in support of his forthcoming solo LP The Return To Form Black Magick Party. Notice the Klaxons-style spelling of Magick. Nice touch.
Tickets are €12 & €14.
Also announced at the adjacent Tripod is a Made In Jamaica night on March 7, featuring the legendary U-Roy and Junior Murvin, who penned 'Police And Thieves', made famous by The Clash.
Tickets for this gig are €20 and available from Ticketmaster and all usual outlets.
