Flaws to headline new Waterford festival
The Flaws are to headline the new Element Festival in Waterford, the full line-up of which was announced today.
The two-day, two-stage event takes place in Waterford on Saturday and Sunday, August 16 and 17, with the campgrounds opening on Friday 15.
