FLApes have been disappointingly M.I.A. recently while they crack the UK market, but they're back to play several Irish dates this month, including a one-off show in Tower Records.
Fight Like Apes return home this month to play the Irish festival circuit, including dates at Oxegen on July 13, Indie-Pendence in Cork on August 2 and CastlePalooza, Offaly on August 3.
And now the band have announced a special Dublin date on July 18 in Tower Records.
The instore gig is to promote the band's new release, Hot Press Single Of The Fortnight 'Something Global', which is out on indie label Model Citizen Records.

The frightfully catchy little number was recorded in Seattle recently as the band worked on their new album with Sleater Kinney producer John Goodmanson.
FLApes play Tower Records, Wicklow St. at 5pm on July 18. We'd advise getting there early if you want a good view of the onstage antics!
