Fight Like Apes bring Midnight Mass to Tower!
As part of this special 2fm programme, the Apes will launch their second album The Body of Christ and the Legs of Tina Turner
Fight Like Apes will play live in Tower Records' Wicklow Street store on Thursday August 26 - the eve of the release of their new album. The event will be broadcast live on RTÉ 2fm, in a special show co-hosted by Jenny Huston and Dan Hegarty, from 9pm until midnight. This will include live interviews with the band and a host of FLA tracks old and new.
Admission to the event is free to over 16s, but entry is by wristband only. Wristbands will be available (one per person) direct from Tower Records, Wicklow Street from 9am on the morning of the show. 150 wristbands will be made available, so we advise you get there sooner rather than later. Doors open for the performance at 10.30pm.
This is the only full band public performance Fight Like Apes will be doing in Dublin for the album launch; and they will be staying on in the store to sign copies of the album which goes on sale at midnight.
In the meantime, you can listen to their fab new single, 'Hoo Ha Henry', below.
