Halcyon/Halcyon Days leaps from No. 4 to No. 1 this week.
A new year and One Direction's stranglehold on the Irish Album Chart top spot is over. Having spent Christmas at No. 1, Midnight Memories is bumped down to second place this week in favour of a slow-burner.
Ellie Goulding's second album, 2012's Halcyon/Halcyon Days, has now spent 36 weeks on the chart and jumps three places this week to the top of the pile.
At third we have Beyoncé's eponymous fifth solo album, which gave the music world a welcome surprise just before Christmas.
Another mainstay at fourth, as Emeli Sandé's Our Version Of Events has a massive leap from last week's No. 14 position. Eminem rounds off the Top 5, whilst Kodaline's debut LP is the sole Irish record in the Top 10. It's at No. 6.
