Newly signed to Universal, the Duke will release his new 'Sweet Sweet Kisses' single next month, followed by a nationwide tour taking in no less than 12 counties.
Duke Special celebrated signing to Universal Music Ireland last week by performing a special set in the company's Dublin 2 office.
The first fruits of the liaison will be 'Sweet Sweet Kisses', the lead single from his I Never Thought The Day Would Come album, which is due on October 17. Ryan Suffern who was responsible for the animated clips that accompanied 'Freewheel' and 'Last Night I Nearly Died' is currently shooting a video for it.
The collection's other standouts include 'Diggin' An Early Grave' and the Bernard Butler-produced 'Those Proverbs We Made In The Winter'.
