Time to get jolly for a good cause when Jape, Somadrome and Dry County perform at Donal Dineen's The Small Hours Christmas Party
Some of Ireland's leading musical lights are joining forces to play a special Christmas do in aid of Street Children of Mukuru Project.
The Small Hours Christmas Party goes ahead on December 19 in the Project Arts Centre, for anybody who wants to party till they drop and help a good cause to boot (our guess is there's a good few of you out there!)
Headline duties are being taken care of by Jape, the Richie Egan-fronted combo who'll be plugging their excellent The Monkeys In The Zoo Have More Fun Than Me album. Somadrome and Dry Country will also appear alongside a host of special guests.
Today FM's Donal Dineen will be curator on the night and will screen for the second time a series of Super-8 films shot to accompany the Jape opus. So if you missed the sold out premiere at DEAF, here's your chance to catch it.

As if all this wasn't enough the Small Hours sound system will spin the year's stand out tunes in between live sets, so wear your dancing shoes!
Last year Donal Dineen hosted the Here Comes The Night Charity Ball and that party has become legendary. The jam stretched well into the wee hours with Liam O Maonlai joining the Jimmy Cake for an extended finale after star turns from David Kitt and Tychonaut. All the stops will be pulled out to make sure 2004's bash is just as memorable.
Tickets priced €13 (€10 unwaged) are available from the Project box-office at (01) 6796622.
