Homegrown acts Director and David Kitt are slated to perform at the Summercase festival in Spain next weekend.
The festival features two line-ups with an Irish band to wave the tricolour in each.
David Kitt will play Barcelona next Friday along with Massive Attack, Daft Punk, Belle & Sebastian, Sigur Ros and Fatboy Slim. That bill then goes over to Madrid while Director, who play with New Order, Keane, Primal Scream and The Chemical Brothers, swap locations.
Other festival apperances by Director, who recently went top 10 with their single 'Reconnect', include T In The Park and Oxegen this weekend, Latitude, Blackburn and the V Festivals in the UK. In their home territory, they play Le Cheile Festival and support Faithless in Marlay Park, and Snow Patrol in the Botanic Gardens, Belfast.
Kittser, meanwhile, is out on tour in Ireland throughout July, to plug his upcoming album Not Fade Away. The artwork is revealed here, and the full tracklisting is as follows:
‘One Clear Way’
‘Grey Day’
‘Up To You’

‘I Know The Reason’
‘Nothing Else’
‘Wish And I Won’t Stop’
