The second edition of the festival takes place July 4 – 5.
After a triumphant first year, DayTripper arrives at Bolton Street this summer boasting a very promising bill. The line-up heading Waterford's way is topped by a songwriter beloved on Irish shores, David Gray (on the Saturday), as well as Kaiser Chiefs. One of the finest festival bands in the world, Ricky Wilson and co's Friday show will be an exclusive Irish date.
Paloma Faith is confirmed for Sunday, whilst James are also confirmed to play what will be quite a special Sunday slot, considering it will mark the 30th anniversary of their last Waterford show, when they joined The Smiths in The Savoy for the city’s first ever rock gig. Add ex-Beautiful South man Paul Heaton, who performs with Jacqui Abbott, on Saturday and you have three days of musical magic in The Crystal County.
