Dublin indie band DC Tempest return with a number of shows over the coming months, as they showcase their upcoming debut album
Among these dates will be a number of solo gigs by Alan Starr in New York, to celebrate St. Patricks Day. Following this will be a free show in Whelan's on April 9.
Regarding the new album, the band haven't yet decided on a release date. Alan says "There is no release date set for the album, we've learned that rushing it would be the worst thing we can do. We've done that before and songs have suffered because of it. We will release a single during the summer to keep the wheels turning."
The boys released EP Into the Light in 2008, which received much critical acclaim. HP gave the band the thumbs up too, describing them as "one of the hottest new combos in aeons".
