The Hot Press Newsdesk, 19 Mar 2010

The album, Brady's first in five years, has been highly acclaimed, with hugely positive reviews in the UK Independent and the Belfast Telegraph, among others, following Niall Stokes' endorsement of the album with a rave review in Hot Press.

Other newcomers in the Irish Indie chart include former Eurovision winner Paul Harrington, whose album Songs enters the charts at No.5; Crystal Swing, whose 2009 album The Best Years of Our Lives is at No.15; and Vivienne Long, whose Caterpillar Sarabande is at No.17.

The Irish Indie Charts made their own debut today, featuring for the first time on hotpress.com. The new charts will feature every Friday from now on. To access the charts in full, go to 'Indie Charts' on the left hand navigation bar, or click here
