And So I Watch You From Afar aren’t the only band somewhat piqued to find that their endeavours have been prematurely leaked on to the ‘net.

After a rough cut appeared online earlier in the week, the Beastie Boys have put all 29mins 55secs of their Fight For Your Rights – Revisted short film on to YouTube.

And a total blast it is too with Will Ferrell, Seth Rogan and Elijah Wood among those playing Mike D, Ad Rock and MCA in their straight out of Brooklyn B-Boy days.

Also cameoing in the they’ve-all-been-very-naughty-boys epic are Danny McBride, John C. Reilly, Jack Black, Orlando Bloom, Kirsten Dunst, Chloe Sevigny, Susan Sarandon and, hey, we’ll leave you to do a bit of Hollywood star-spotting yourself.

The Mix-Up is billed as the Beastie Boys’ “first ever album of all-new instrumental material,” although the NYC trio have been playing around with wordless funk and jazz pieces throughout their career.
