A second series of 50 Ways To Kill Your Mammy is in production.
It would appear Sky viewers were big fans of Irish presenter Baz Asmawy putting the fear of God into his mother and bringing her on thrill-seeking adventures around the globe as part of 50 Ways To Kill Your Mammy last year, because they are planning to do it all again.
The initial series has been sold in over 100 territories, and it has just been announced that it's been nominated for a RTS Award in the Popular Factual and Features category, so a second makes sense.
Production has already got underway and this series will follow Baz and Nancy from Germany to Scandinavia, Mexico to Japan, India to Texas, with more of the family coming on board. It will air on Sky 1 later this year.
"After all the amazing things Nancy did last series," Ashmawy said. "I'm as surprised as anyone that she's still alive! Trying to kill my mum was the best fun I've ever had and now I'm thrilled to get the chance to try again."
