Arctic Monkeys in more bassist trouble
Arctic Monkeys temporary bassist gets thrown over a wall. Eek!
Just days after replacing Andy Nicholson, temporary Arctic Monkeys bassist Nick O'Malley has only gone and broken his hand.
The accident happened on the way back from the pub, as Phil Goodwin, Nick's bandmate in Dodgem, explains: "...our roadie grabbed [O'Malley] and pulled him over our neighbour's wall.
It's quite high and he landed on his right hand. It is his plectrum hand and he has a pot on it - but he says he can still hold a plectrum."
However, like the rock'n'roll trooper he is, O'Malley still plans on playing with the Arctic Monkeys on their up-coming American tour.
