Tenacious D to headline Dublin's O2

Fresh from talking to our Ms. Murphy, Tenacious D have announced their biggest Irish headliner yet, which takes place on October 20 in the Dublin O2. Tickets are €40 and go on sale on Friday July 22.
The chaps will be paying special attention to their recently released third album, Rize Of The Fenix, which features superfan Dave Grohl on drums.
“We recorded down and dirty in a friend’s garage with a shoestring budget of $600, much like Nirvana's first album, Bleach, or the Beatles’ first, Help,” says Jack Black modestly. “Rough and yet a masterpiece.”
