Giggling At The Garden
The Vodafone Comedy Festival returns to the Dublin’s Iveagh Gardens from July 26 to 29 with what may just be its strongest line-up yet.

Located in the heart of the capital, the headline attractions include US sensation Eddie Pepitone, known as the 'Bitter Buddha' and soon to be the subject of a major film; Trevor Noah, a star from South Africa now making his name across the globe; and Natasha Leggero, the hottest female stand-up around.
Also hitting Irish shores are perennial favourites Reginald D. Hunter, Reggie Watts, Al Murray, Tim Key, Alex Horne and Seann Walsh. Michael Winslow will be present too, making wondrous sounds from his superhuman voicebox. And of course, the Irish comedy pack will be out in force, among them David O'Doherty, Jason Byrne, Tommy Tiernan, Barry Murphy, Ardal O'Hanlon, Joe Rooney, Jarleth O'Regan, Colin Murphy, Neil Delamere and Dead Cat Bounce.
As always, Aiken Promotions’ Bren Berry has been hard at work ensuring the four days are filled with high quality stand-up. "I consider it a celebration of Irish comedy in many ways,” he tells us. “But I also like to introduce new comedy from all over the world to this country. We've frequently had acts making their European debut in the Iveagh Gardens."
