The rather splendid Gemma Ray gives her Island Fire album a live airing in May when she swings by The Black Box, Belfast (4); Crane Lane, Cork (6); and Whelan’s, Dublin (6).
Out here on Friday, the perfect pop confection also includes Gemma Ray Sings Sparks, her collaboration with the Mael brothers which “can only be described as Sparks covering Gemma Ray covering Sparks.”
