Bell X1 join Meteors line-up

Bell X1 have been added to the bill for this year's Meteor Awards, which take place on February 19 in the Dublin RDS.
They join a live line-up that includes such heavy-hitters as Westlife, Florence And The Machine, Snow Patrol, Pixie Lott, Paulo Nutini, The Coronas and The Script who'll be taking time out from recording their second album in James' Street.
The Bellies are up for three gongs – Best Irish Band, Best Irish Album and Best Irish Live Performance.
As previously reported on hotpress.com, the Lifetime Achievement Award will be going to Brian Kennedy who's been fighting the good fight since the 1980s. Tickets for the bash, which is being MC-ed again by Amanda Byram, are on sale now priced €40.
