Metallica have offered reward for missing fan

The band has offered up $50,000 in the search for Morgan Harrington, a fan who disappeared at one of their concerts earlier this month.

The band has posted the appeal on its official website with photos of Harrington under the headline “One Of Our Fans Is Missing”. They urge fans to check if the missing girl can be seen in any photos or video footage taken at the concert.

Harrington, aged 20, has not been seen since she attended the Metallica show in Charlottesville, Virginia on October 17. Her parents are offering $100,000 for her safe return or for information leading to the arrest of any person responsible for her disappearance.

Morgan has blond hair and blue eyes, is 5'6", weighs 120 lbs, and was wearing a black 'Pantera' T-shirt, black skirt, and black boots. She was not carrying ID or a cell phone, and was separated from her friends shortly before 9 pm at the concert venue.
