Career criminal Dutchy Holland died yesterday in prison. Long one of Ireland's most infamous criminals it was regularly reported and assumed that he was one of the men who killed Veronica Guerin.

Last year, he gave Hot Press' Jason O'Toole an exclusive interview, one which was revealing, poignant and above all else totally candid about how he got involved in what became a life of crime. It is Dutchy Holland's life story in his own words.
